Welcome to the EFBA site of Walnut Creek!
We are so excited to launch our second year of after-school program in french immersion in Walnut Creek. We successfully hosted two groups of Francophones classes last year. We hope to welcome many beginner level (Kindergarten through 5th grade) this fall. Come and check us out!
Our classes are opened to all students with french knowledge (any level), as well as all students with no prior experience in french. Children will be followed by qualified french teachers, and will be able to interact with other french-speaking children. English-speaking children with no prior experience in french will be immersed in the french language from day one. Not only will students discover french language, but also french-speaking culture and traditions.
Pre-registration for the 2011-2012 school year is now available!
Here below are the different classes we hope to offer, but please note that they will require a minimum enrollment to open. In addition, if a class enrollment exceeds the maximum number of children for a class, students will be placed onto a waiting list in order of receipt of registration fee.
Classes are held twice per week.
Classes start the week of SEPTEMBER 19th, 2011.
Francophones (french speaking)
Mini Francophones (Pre K - 1st), Tuesday and Thursday, 3:45pm to 5:15 pm.
Grands Francophones (grades 2nd - 5th), Tuesday and Thursday, TBD
Anglophones (non-french speaking)
Petits Anglophones (grades K - 2nd), Wednesday and Friday, 4:15pm to 5:15pm.
Grands Anglophones (grades 3rd – 5th), Wednesday and Friday, TBD.
Tuition: $15-20/hr
Pre-registration fee: $50 per family per year (non refundable)
Discounts for siblings: 10% off for EACH child attending full time.
Note: Schedule and fees are for reference only. They will be confirmed the week before the first day of class.

If you prefer to pay by check, submit your registration form and send your check payable to EFBA to this address: EFBA, 640 Davis #26, San Francisco, CA 94111. Please note on your check the site where you are registering, as well as your child's name.
EFBA reserves the right to cancel and/or change the schedule, locations or time of any classes or sessions at any time without liability.
Classes may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
